What InView provides
InView analyses how selected third-party AI platforms respond to defined questions about businesses, services and customer decisions. Reports may include recommendation metrics, competitor/provider appearances, brand representation analysis and suggested actions.
AI outputs change
AI systems are probabilistic and change over time. A report is a snapshot of the stated tests and methodology and is not a guarantee that another user will receive the same answer.
Competitor references
Businesses or professionals named in reports may have been surfaced by third-party AI systems during the measured tests. Their inclusion does not mean InView endorses, certifies or independently ranks them as objectively better. Comparative statements are limited to the scope, questions, platforms and period tested.
Payment for an InView service does not affect a business's inclusion, measurement, scoring or treatment in the analysis.
Analysis and recommendations
InView distinguishes measured observations from analysis and suggested tests. Factors associated with stronger recommendation performance should not be treated as proof of an AI model's internal reasoning. Recommendations do not guarantee improved AI visibility, revenue, search ranking or other outcomes.
No professional advice
InView reports and website content are general business and marketing information, not legal, financial, credit, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Accuracy and third-party information
We aim to apply our methodology consistently, but third-party AI outputs and public-source information may contain errors or become outdated. If you identify a material factual or measurement error, email hello@getinview.com.au.
Customer materials and reports
If you provide information or materials to InView, you confirm you are entitled to provide them for the requested service. We will not publicly identify your business as a customer or publish a private report as a case study without permission unless separately agreed.
Free reports and future services
A free baseline report does not create an entitlement to free ongoing monitoring, implementation or future re-testing. Any paid or recurring service will have its scope and price stated before purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
